&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to hire a motivated and hands-on &lt;strong&gt;Site Supervisor &lt;/strong&gt;to support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan and assign tasks using industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project cycle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide project updates, monitor progress and adjust as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a team, whilst being flexible and responsive to challenges.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage a team of people.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the management of multiple projects within the stipulated deadlines.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills required&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervisory skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Precision and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capability to solve problems and set-backs to ensure project to completion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel and Office software including Microsoft Projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in furniture installations, tools and installation practices is considered a major asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid B driving license&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The role carries a competitive remuneration package, including performance bonus and private health scheme. Necessary training will be provided to the successful candidate.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and organising stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising daily stores activities, preparing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that the warehouse operates safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure customers receive the service they expect. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we are looking for:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Experience in warehouse, stores, or logistics operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Valid Category B driving licence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Experience in operating a forklift.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Fluency in English and Maltese (spoken and written).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong organisational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Basic computer skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- A reliable, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
