&lt;p&gt;The role includes:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Following up with landlords and clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Making outbound calls and building new relationships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conducting residential and commercial property viewings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively sourcing new business opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing your own pipeline and seeing deals through from start to finish.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
