Senior Civil Foreman

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;POSITION SUMMARY&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitout Foreman to join our team at Attard Bros. The Fitout Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fitout construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and fitout industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Plan, organize, and manage fitout construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Oversee the daily activities of the fitout team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Identify any potential problems or issues and take corrective action to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and material orders&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to assist with their professional development&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Report to project managers on project progress, timelines, and budget status&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;EDUCATION &amp;amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction or fitout industry&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;COMPETENCIES&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of fitout construction, including carpentry, plastering, electrical, and plumbing&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Sound understanding of building codes and regulations&lt;/p&gt;
