&lt;p&gt;- HR duties such as assisting with recruitment processes, including the organisation and coordination of interviews; preparation and administration of employment contracts; maintaining personnel files; and managing JobsPlus and Identita’ procedures for employees;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Other HR duties including the implementation and enforcement of company policies; implementation and maintenance of the employees’ handbook; event organisation, including planning and coordination of team-building activities; and ensuring reinforcement of health &amp;amp; safety and EHS practices;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Administrative duties related to real estate, including registration of rental agreements with the Housing Authority, updating related reports, and assisting with any associated administrative tasks;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Carrying out other administrative and ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Background in payroll, HR, and administration will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate will be primarily based at the Company’s Fgura offices but will be expected to work from the Mosta office once every one to two weeks, as required.&lt;/p&gt;
