&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Production Technician&lt;/strong&gt; to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous support of production equipment to ensure efficient&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements and supports&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;engineering initiatives while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out maintenance activities on assigned equipment, including both corrective (breakdown) and preventive maintenance, in accordance with Baxter Procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Engineering team in the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes and process improvements initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure full compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, policies, standards, and equipment requirements, including process-specific safety protocols. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance, product quality, and adherence to production schedules.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate maintenance and production records, through the digital system, reporting equipment issues and improvement opportunities as&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 of an Electrical/Mechanical Qualification.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wireman license A and/or B would be considered an asset&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 of an Electrical Qualification.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven work experience as a production technician or similar role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding of safety regulations and procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good physical condition&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent troubleshooting skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attention to detail and accuracy in work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €24,000.00 ​annually, excluding allowances, overtime and bonuses.&lt;/p&gt;
