&lt;p&gt;As a Project Manager, you will be the strategic and technical leader behind some of our most meaningful engineering projects. &lt;p&gt;- Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority across multiple geographic locations to achieve project goals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams in defining milestones to achieve launch-date commitments and identify issues and risks associated with project plans throughout the planning and execution of projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Identify and evaluate cost-optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes throughout several Baxter sites, with a specific focus on insourcing, alternate sourcing, and process and product value engineering.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and drive execution with the core team, and technical support groups in order to achieve milestones.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Support change-control processes, validation activities, and implementation planning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Partner closely with Procurement, R&amp;amp;D, Quality, Operations, and Suppliers to identify, validate, and implement cost-optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Identify and communicate project risks and potential conflicts, develop risk mitigation plans and proactive solutions, and lead proactive risk response strategies that guarantee project deliverables.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#039;ll Bring&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Minimum 5 years of experience having a Bachelor&#039;s degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Materials, Plastics, Chemicals, Packaging, Manufacturing or related field)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrix organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Candidates with experience in regulated industries such as medical, pharma and automotive will be given preference&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end using structured project management methods&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong communication skills and cross-functional influence skills.&lt;/p&gt;
