&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Full-time position, with occasional overtime or weekend work required to meet project deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Resolve any construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Present project proposals and progress updates to clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to work practices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with the final product.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials to create environmentally friendly structures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Degree in architecture from an accredited institution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Requirements:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Fluent knowledge of Maltese and English languages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Driving licence category B&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Skills:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong design and visualisation skills.&lt;/p&gt;
