&lt;p&gt;Your Role – What You’ll Do:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues in heavy machinery.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Repair or replace key components such as motors, generators, alternators, batteries, starters, and wiring systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition – cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Manage and organize parts inventory for electrical repairs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance and repairs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining a clean and secure work environment.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated &lt;strong&gt;Accounts Clerk&lt;/strong&gt; to join our dynamic Finance Team. This role is key in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in line with company procedures and accounting standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Post journal entries for daily transactions, ensuring proper coding and supporting documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Reconcile bank and intercompany balances, on a regular basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support the monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support monitoring cash flow and assist in preparing weekly or monthly cash flow reports.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support budget preparation and variance analysis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist in preparation of documentation for VAT returns and liaise with Accountants when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist in maintaining internal controls and process efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Participate in system updates, software migration, or data reconciliations when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the accountants.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Liaise with procurement, logistics, and site supervisors to verify invoice approvals and delivery confirmations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve payment or account-related queries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Collaborate closely with Accountant to streamline accounting workflows.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital) for invoices, payments, and correspondence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support in the implementation of accounting software improvements and reporting dashboards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Qualifications &amp;amp; Experience:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Currently in the early stages of ACCA qualification&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Knowledge of Malta accounting standards and statutory compliance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be fluent in Maltese and English languages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Working Conditions:&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
