&lt;p&gt;This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, operating on a roster between Monday and Saturday. Successful candidates will be assigned to locations across North, Central, and South Malta, they will replace the existing employees in various hubs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As part of our Front Desk and Contact Centre team, you&#039;ll play an important role in supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#039;ll Be Doing:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and assist customers at the front desk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow company procedures while meeting quality and service standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We&#039;re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in both Maltese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. An ECDL certificate will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, mainly mornings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A professional, organised, and customer-focused approach.&lt;/li&gt;
