&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Full-Time Chef de Partie&lt;/strong&gt; to join our talented kitchen team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Chef de Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, prepare and execute a variety of dishes and ensure that every plate leaving the station meets the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team to deliver a first-class dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in a professional kitchen&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong teamwork and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean police conduct certificate&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; to join our talented front of house team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Assistant and/or Restaurant Manager in organising and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the Restaurant, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The candidate is expected to provide an efficient and pleasant dining experience to the guests dining in the Restaurant in line with Company Policies and Procedures and in a true spirit of Hospitality. Additionally, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training and assisting new employees.&lt;/p&gt;
