As we continue to scale, we are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Financial Controller to join our senior leadership team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;The Opportunity&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Controller will be a key strategic partner, providing financial leadership across the business. This is a high-impact senior role, ideal for a driven qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Own the full financial reporting cycle, including monthly management accounts, financial forecasting, and board-level reporting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing cash flow management across all the financial cycle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and the maintenance of robust internal controls.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Provide strategic financial insight and analysis to support business growth, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance processes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance, procurement and inventory teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Requirements&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Fully qualified / warranted accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) — this is an essential requirement&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong understanding of production cost accounting and inventory finance&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Track record in a senior finance role with direct exposure to executive or board-level reporting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Experience in migrating manual processes to automated systems by implementing business intelligence tools.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.&lt;/p&gt;
