&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continental Cars Ltd&lt;/strong&gt; specialises in Automotive and has an opportunity for a &lt;strong&gt;High Voltage Expert &lt;/strong&gt;to join our team on full-time basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The High Voltage Expert is responsible for diagnosing faults within the vehicle’s high voltage system and performing repairs on high voltage components, including the high voltage battery. The HVE ensures that high voltage vehicles are safe to work on by following and promoting strict safety protocols. This role also involves supporting complex tasks related to high voltage systems and providing technical assistance as needed. Additionally, the HVE is expected to educate and guide other personnel on high voltage safety practices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsibility&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out de-energisation and re-energisation of the high voltage system and ensure that the high voltage system is truly disconnected.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intervene to carry out controlled de-energisation when automatic de-energisation through diagnostic systems fails, ensuring the high voltage system is safely isolated before any further work is conducted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out classification of the high voltage battery and ensure all documentation is correctly filled in.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out complex diagnosis on the high voltage system and its components.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out repairs and/ or replacement of high voltage components as per manufacturer’s specifications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform repairs as per repair manuals and using the special tools required to safely conduct the repair.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform diagnosis and repairs on systems fitted on a vehicle with a conventional engine.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Document repairs and diagnosis performed on job card.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Submit technical support tickets to the franchise’s support teams in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide support to High Voltage Technicians during complex diagnostic and repair procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver training to personnel on high voltage safety protocols&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make proper use of tools and equipment, including personal protective clothing provided.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep the work area clean and tidy to promote and maintain a safe working environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adhere strictly to the health and safety regulations and also to company and franchise-required standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend training organised locally and overseas when and as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out additional duties assigned by the Workshop Manager as required.&lt;/li&gt;

High Voltage Expert

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsibility&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Examine vehicles to identify faults and determine the necessary repairs or parts required for servicing.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Perform duties with care to avoid accidental damage to vehicles or components during servicing or repair work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use tools, parts, and equipment correctly, responsibly, and as intended.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report on the general condition of vehicles to the Workshop Controller, with particular attention to customer safety and any current or potential future faults or service requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all identified faults and servicing needs, including any newly discovered issues, are clearly documented on the job card.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wear protective clothing and use safety equipment provided by the company at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area to help promote a safe and efficient working environment in the workshop.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure proper collection, use, return, and disposal of all parts and tools used during servicing and repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep up to date with franchise standards, new vehicle models, manufacturers’ technical specifications, and emerging vehicle technologies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend training sessions, either locally or abroad, as required to maintain and enhance technical knowledge and skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Workshop Controller.&lt;/li&gt;

Motor Vehicle Technician

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continental Cars Ltd&lt;/strong&gt; specialises in Automotive and has an opportunity for a &lt;strong&gt;High Voltage Motor Vehicle Technician &lt;/strong&gt;to join our team on full-time basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be responsible to diagnose any mechanical faults, to carry out servicing and repairs of vehicles in an efficient and effective manner and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thoroughly examine the vehicles for service and repair, identify any faults and determine the cause and the type of repair and parts required for the vehicle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that the vehicle is protected at all time using the appropriate protection such as seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers and wing protectors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manually dismantle, reassembling and replace parts under supervision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform basic mechanical work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out any duties in a cautious manner to avoid causing any accidental damages to vehicles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that all repairs and services are done within the stipulated time schedule and in accordance with the job card specifications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that faults have been reported on the job card especially if any new faults have been recognised or whether any follow up actions are needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report to the Workshop Manager on the general condition of vehicles with emphasis on the customer safety and any current or possible future vehicle faults and servicing requirements noticed.&lt;/li&gt;
