<p>Cutrico Ltd. was established in 1984 by Gino Cutajar with the aim of targeting general procurement for governmental departments and parastatal corporations. While initially marketing a wide variety of products, from medical to electrical and mechanical supplies, we soon gained traction in the mechanical product industry.  Latterly deciding to further develop and lean into mechanical contracting with a special focus in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC). Time and loyal custom afforded us the opportunity to invest heavily in functional new premises, housing our showroom, office, workshop and stores, ultimately allowing us to consolidate our operations and expand further.  Following in his father’s footsteps Keith Cutajar joined the company in 2006, working his way up across all departments. Keith led Cutrico’s expansion into the marine industry, offering specialised equipment for yachts and shipping vessels. Our marine department has proven to be a market leader in air conditioning, refrigeration, water makers and sewage treatment, along with other specialised services. 2017 saw the appointment of Keith as General Manager of Cutrico, with a view of an enterprising future, streamlining the business to offer first class client service.</p>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cutrico Ltd&lt;/strong&gt;, an established HVAC and mechanical services company, is seeking an experienced and practical &lt;strong&gt;Operations Manager&lt;/strong&gt; to lead and coordinate its operational departments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salary € 70,000 to € 80,000 + performance bonus&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;• Operational planning and coordination.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Labour allocation and resource scheduling.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Monitoring productivity and operational performance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Coordinating installation, service, maintenance, stores and logistics.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Chairing operational meetings.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Applicants should have experience in operations, project management, engineering, HVAC, building services, facilities management, logistics or another technical field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate will demonstrate:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Experience managing multiple departments, teams or operational functions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, engineering, facilities management, technical services or a related industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Experience allocating labour and operational resources.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• An understanding of field-service or project-based operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Good leadership, decision-making &amp;amp; problem-solving abilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity, costs and margins.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• The ability to analyse operational information and KPIs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Good competence in Microsoft Office and operational-management systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Excellent written and spoken English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• A valid driving licence.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A technical or management qualification will be considered an advantage but may not be essential where the candidate has strong and relevant practical experience.&lt;/p&gt;
