&lt;p&gt;Cynergi Health &amp;amp; Fitness Club, Malta’s leading fitness destination and part of the Eden Leisure Group, is currently seeking a full-time Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and check in members and guests while managing access to the club.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle cash and process payments accurately.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage incoming calls and respond to member enquiries professionally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Promote and sell memberships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform general administrative and office tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take responsibility for opening and closing the club during assigned shifts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A natural flair for sales and engaging with people.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Hours:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a shift-based position and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating basis.&lt;/p&gt;
