&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Payroll Success Executive&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team. In this role, you will help customers achieve success with our cloud-based payroll solution by providing exceptional support, guidance, and training. You will work closely with clients to resolve payroll-related queries, ensure smooth payroll processing, and help customers maximize the value of our platform.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build strong relationships, deliver timely solutions, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist customers with payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot application issues and work with the Product and Development teams to resolve complex cases.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guide customers through new features, product updates, and best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver onboarding sessions and user training for new customers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Escalate critical issues where appropriate while ensuring customers receive regular updates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Diploma or Bachelor&#039;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with HR or payroll systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.&lt;/li&gt;
