&lt;p&gt;DConsultants is a leading accountancy and finance firm serving a wide range of local clients operating across various industries. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Administration &amp;amp; Accounts Executive to support the team in the day-to-day running of the firm. This is an ideal first or second step for someone building a career in the accounting field, with training and varied work provided from day one.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will be doing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Posting invoices, receipts, and journal entries in designated accounting systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing basic reconciliations, including bank and supplier statements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting the team with the preparation of VAT returns, other statutory submissions and key reporting obligations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handling general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly, including filing, document handling, and record keeping.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaising with clients to collect documents and information, and following up where needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Providing direct support to the Directors and senior team members.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we are looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in an accounts or office environment and/or a relevant qualification is an advantage, though training will be provided.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and willing to learn accounting software such as Xero or Sage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organised, accurate, and eager to learn and grow within the role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English and Maltese is required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
