This is a build-and-grow role at the front of that scale-up. You will start hands-on — selling, closing and shaping how Digital Brain goes to market — and grow into leading the function.

&lt;p&gt;This is a front-line revenue role for someone who likes to sell, close and grow accounts — with the backing of a coordinated sales team and a central group commercial function.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As Sales Executive you own a personal pipeline and number. You run the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to close, including face-to-face meetings at client premises — for Digital Brain&#039;s SaaS and AI solutions, and you keep your clients growing after the first sale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#039;ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Generate, qualify and close new business in line with agreed targets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified personal pipeline&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Present and demo Digital Brain&#039;s products and services to prospects&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Meet clients face to face at their premises across Malta, alongside remote meetings&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Develop client relationships and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Keep CRM records accurate and provide reliable activity and forecast reporting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Work with the Sales Coordinator on quotes, proposals and follow-ups&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Represent Digital Brain at client meetings and industry events&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#039;ll bring&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, SaaS or AI solutions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Self-starter mindset with solid CRM and pipeline discipline&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling business&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Malta&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Knowledge of the Malta / EU market an advantage&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)&lt;/p&gt;

Sales Executive

&lt;h2&gt;The role &amp;amp; the path&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You join as Sales Manager, owning Digital Brain&#039;s sales function day to day: pipeline, new business, key deals and the small sales team beneath you. You report directly to the Group CCO and work closely with them on strategy, pricing and targets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role is designed to grow. On a strong first 12 months — hitting targets, building the pipeline and developing the team — the position steps up to Head of Sales, with broader strategic ownership and an expanded mandate. We are hiring the person who wants that trajectory, not just the seat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;What you&#039;ll do&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Own Digital Brain&#039;s sales function and commercial execution end to end&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Build and manage the pipeline — sourcing, qualification, conversion and forecasting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Personally lead and close priority deals, including face-to-face meetings at client premises across Malta&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Direct and develop the entity sales team (Sales Executive + Sales Coordinator)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Execute and monitor Digital Brain&#039;s marketing campaigns and content with the external marketing agency, delivering the plan set by the Group CCO (who approves marketing spend)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Work with the Group CCO on go-to-market, pricing, packaging and quarterly KPIs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate, defensible forecasts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Represent Digital Brain at client meetings, industry events and expos&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Identify cross-sell opportunities across the group&#039;s tech cluster (HumAIn, BL Robotics)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;In your first 12 months (path to Head of Sales)&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Establish a repeatable, well-qualified sales pipeline&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Build the sales team&#039;s rhythm, processes and CRM discipline&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Develop the sales strategy you would own as Head of Sales&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;• Solid B2B sales / business development track record, ideally in technology, SaaS or AI&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;• The ambition and capability to grow into a leadership role&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Commercial acumen — pricing, negotiation and deal structuring&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Confidence managing an external marketing agency to deliver campaigns and content&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-scaling, multi-entity environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Excellent communication and stakeholder management&lt;/p&gt;
