&lt;p&gt;This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef with strong à la carte experience to become part of a dynamic kitchen, focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces), ensuring smooth operations and high-quality dish preparation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality and consistency&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Manage and train junior kitchen staff within your designated section, providing guidance on techniques and best practices&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Assist in the preparation and production of large-scale events or catering services when required&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Supervise food preparation during peak hours, ensuring efficient timing and minimizing waste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Handle any guest feedback related to your section, making necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;ins&gt;The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications&lt;/ins&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, or in a similar role within an a la carte environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and various cuisines&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines&lt;/p&gt;
