&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure &amp;amp; Security Specialist to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who is passionate about systems administration, cybersecurity, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a project-driven environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our core IT infrastructure, leading security initiatives, and delivering infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from conception through to completion. You will also serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues and provide mentorship to other members of the IT team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Administer, maintain, and optimise our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, firewalls, and cloud services.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Implement infrastructure hardening standards, security controls, and industry best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate maintenance activities, system updates, and patch management across critical systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and improve security controls covering endpoint protection, identity and access management, email security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles such as Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or IT Administrator.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Practical experience implementing and managing security controls within production environments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure-related projects from planning through implementation.&lt;/li&gt;

IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist

&lt;p&gt;We&#039;re looking for a proactive and reliable Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team at Eden Leisure Group.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing regular preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical to ensure optimal performance and longevity.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical problems, identifying root causes, replacing, or repairing parts, testing, making adjustments and implementing effective solutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and interruptions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Inspecting electrical systems, components, and equipment for safety, functionality, and compliance with specifications. Install, configure and calibrate new equipment when needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Complying with Safety regulations, protocols and procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reviewing wiring Diagram, blueprints and other technical documents to determine electrical requirements and specifications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute electrical projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Offering Support on technical matters with a degree of complexity and assisting the maintenance team in the resolution of these matters.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keeping up to date with advancements in electrical technology, regulations and best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other duties with regards to preventive or reactive maintenance which may be requested by the employer from time to time&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (MQF Level 4 or equivalent).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with health &amp;amp; safety regulations and best practices in a maintenance environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possession of a valid Electrical License from Malta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
