&lt;p&gt;EuroBridge Shipping Services Limited is seeking a proactive Warehouse &amp;amp; Deliveries Executive to&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;support the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse and delivery functions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Tally, inspect, and manage incoming/outgoing cargo; report damages or discrepancies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Record measurements, data, photos, and documentation using logistics systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Coordinate groupage exports, domestic storage, deliveries, and trailer movements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Greet and direct trucks; schedule and track deliveries and trailers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Prepare picking sheets, invoices, receipts, and delivery documentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Collect payments, issue receipts, and support banking processes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Communicate with customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and enquiries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Maintain accurate stock, storage, and filing records&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Support Warehouse and Deliveries Management as required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Ensure full compliance with Health &amp;amp; Safety procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;O-Level standard in English and Maths&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in a warehouse / deliveries operational environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organised with strong attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a “let’s do” attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work well under pressure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional, well-mannered, and reliable&lt;/li&gt;

Warehouse & Deliveries Executive

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Truck Driver&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have an exciting opportunity for &lt;strong&gt;Driver&lt;/strong&gt; with Type C and C1, to join our high-performing team in &lt;strong&gt;Malta&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties will include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Successfully delivering goods to the clients and collecting money&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Help with the loading and unloading of goods with a fork lifter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Planning and organising of deliveries when needed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Assist the company’s managers with the company’s requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who are we looking for?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• A clean Type C and C1 driving license with valid CPC.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Ability to use Microsoft Office proficiently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• A clean police conduct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Certification for operating forklifts, ADR vehicles, and trucks is mandatory.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Can communicate clearly in Maltese and/or English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Fit for work Health Certificate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Applicants currently residing in Malta and do not need relocation permits will be considered an asset&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
