&lt;p&gt;EuroBridge is growing rapidly and needs more hands-on deck. We are looking to recruit a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team on a Full Time Basis. If you are an organized person, meticulous, enthusiastic and able to work in a team environment we want to hear from you!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties will include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preparation and processing of customs documentation for import and export shipments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Processing declarations in the Malta Customs online system (CES)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaising with clients and agents and ensuring a high level of customer service&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinating internally to ensure prompt delivery of shipments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Miscellaneous administrative work, such as handling of customer queries, filing and other daily tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intrastat Inputting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issuing Invoices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;NSOs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who are we looking for?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good communication skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in written and clear spoken English and Maltese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;‘O’ Level standard of education at minimum&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Computer literacy including Excel and Microsoft&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience and skill in dealing with clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Telephone handling skills and experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work under pressure and able to keep up with deadlines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent Customer Care&lt;/li&gt;
