&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a motivated and technically minded &lt;strong&gt;Field Service Engineer&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team. The role involves providing technical service and support to customers across a range of scientific and medical equipment, including installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations and validations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop specialised technical expertise through &lt;strong&gt;training provided both locally and internationally&lt;/strong&gt;, while working closely with customers, suppliers and our internal technical team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform calibrations and validations on specific scientific and medical equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install and commission new equipment at customer premises.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform calibrations and mapping studies of equipment and controlled environments/warehouses.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide professional technical support to customers and communicate effectively regarding service activities and findings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Complete service reports, calibration records and other required technical documentation accurately and on time.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report regularly to the Service Support Manager on the status and progress of ongoing tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the technical team and other colleagues during project execution.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Escalate complex technical issues to suppliers, manufacturers or the relevant internal team when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all tools used for installations and servicing are properly registered, maintained and stored.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow company and customer health, safety and quality procedures at all times.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Training &amp;amp; Development&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Full product-specific training will be provided &lt;strong&gt;locally and abroad&lt;/strong&gt;, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to develop specialised knowledge and expertise in scientific and medical equipment.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Electrical/Electronics, IT or a related technical field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Electrical licence A.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving licence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2 years&#039; experience in a technical or engineering environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working in a &lt;strong&gt;GMP environment&lt;/strong&gt; will be considered an asset, but is not essential.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organisational and time-management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills in English.&lt;/li&gt;
