&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum &lt;strong&gt;5 years of proven experience&lt;/strong&gt; in the IT industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent &lt;strong&gt;spoken and written communication skills in both Maltese and English&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional expertise in:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;IT Hardware Repair and Maintenance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managed Print Services (MPS)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Network and IT Infrastructure Support&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent customer service and communication abilities.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware and equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead, supervise, and support a team of IT technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install, configure, and support Microsoft-based systems and applications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and support MPS solutions and printing environments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical support to clients and end users.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Document technical procedures and support activities.&lt;/li&gt;
