&lt;p&gt;Responsible for efficient receipt, storage, issuing and control of stock to ensure smooth operations of the warehouse and timely support to production and sales teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Manage incoming goods:&lt;/strong&gt; Receive, inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes; report discrepancies or damages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Inventory control:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes, reconcile variances, and investigate stock discrepancies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Order fulfillment:&lt;/strong&gt; Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch according to instructions and schedules; ensure correct labeling and documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Record keeping:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain accurate records in inventory systems and physical logs; update stock movements promptly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Quality and safety compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Adhere to health &amp;amp; safety, customs and company procedures; report hazards and participate in safety audits.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Continuous improvement:&lt;/strong&gt; Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize storage, picking efficiency and reduce wastage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Associate-level experience or equivalent in storekeeping, warehousing or logistics.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Professional working proficiency in English; good written and verbal communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proven experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to work onsite, reliably and as part of a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks; valid forklift/operator certification advantageous.&lt;/p&gt;
