&lt;p&gt;As &lt;strong&gt;Housekeeping Manager&lt;/strong&gt;, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, maintaining outstanding quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Manage and supervise the daily housekeeping operations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest cleanliness standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping colleagues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare duty schedules, monitor productivity, and manage departmental resources effectively&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage inventory levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards within the department&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Ideal Candidate&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team&lt;/li&gt;

Housekeeping Manager

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum &lt;strong&gt;5 years&#039; experience&lt;/strong&gt; in a similar maintenance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of &lt;strong&gt;plumbing&lt;/strong&gt;, electrical systems, HVAC, general building maintenance, and preventive maintenance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and departmental budgets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.&lt;/li&gt;
