As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage guest queries and provide information on services and local attractions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer calls and assist with reservations in the absence of the reservations team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure accurate billing, bookings, and guest record keeping.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a clean and professional lobby area.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle complaints or emergencies professionally and report to Duty Manager when needed.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient with reservation software and Microsoft Office.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous knowledge in Opera system is an asset.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and under pressure.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;

Receptionist Part/Full time

&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Food &amp;amp; Beverage Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the hotel’s cafeteria, restaurant, and pool bar to ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role supports the Food &amp;amp; Beverage Head of Department and Coordinator by overseeing front-line service teams, coordinating shifts, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards. The Food &amp;amp; Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in staff development, service consistency, and operational efficiency, while actively contributing to revenue generation and a positive guest experience across all food and beverage outlets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUALIFICATIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Food &amp;amp; Beverage, or related field is preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
