&lt;p&gt;To take a leading role in the execution of our large-scale finishing projects. Responsible for the overall site operation and performance, leading our Site Supervisors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the highest quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a key leadership position for an individual who wants to play a significant role in the successful delivery of major projects and the development of our project execution team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities and Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead and manage Site Supervisors across multiple large-scale projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take overall responsibility for site execution quality, productivity and progress.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications and company standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan and coordinate manpower, resources and site activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor productivity, quality, safety and programme performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify potential delays and operational issues and implement corrective actions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate closely with clients, main contractors, consultants and other trades.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure effective sequencing and coordination of finishing activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead project mobilization, execution, snagging and handover.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and mentor Site Supervisors and site teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide clear reporting, coordination and escalation.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field is considered an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of the Maltese language and an EU Driving license are compulsory for this role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in senior site/project management within construction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience managing multiple sites and teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and decision-making skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent understanding of construction programmes, site operations and finishing works.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex project environments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and coordination skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A hands-on, results-driven approach.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with a finishing contractor or large-scale interior construction projects will be considered a strong advantage&lt;/li&gt;
