&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will support our team of lawyers in the day-to-day management of administrative and legal processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide administrative support to the legal team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and issue invoices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organise, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Visit the Court Registry to obtain documents, file paperwork, and collect information when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle general office administration and correspondence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform other administrative duties as assigned.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional, reliable, and discreet when handling confidential information.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Maltese is preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
