&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with customers to understand strategic business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and business applications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a role for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise, hands-on solution design, and a strategic mindset, and who enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver meaningful transformation through AI.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you’ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead Copilot awareness, enablement, and adoption workshops for business and leadership teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and champion AI-driven productivity opportunities across workflows, communication, and business processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead the translation of business requirements into AI-powered workflows, automations, and conversational copilots.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Design, build, and guide the development of solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee and contribute to solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mentor team members while supporting data preparation, analysis, and visualisation for AI and automation solutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and deliver training materials and hands-on Copilot and AI adoption sessions to business users and stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide expert guidance and operational support while identifying further opportunities for AI-driven optimisation.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you’ll need&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and work independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exposure to digital transformation or technology-driven initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Confidence in facilitating workshops and delivering training, including to senior stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding of workflows, data structures, and solution lifecycle fundamentals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A strong interest in AI-driven transformation and modern workplace technologies.&lt;/li&gt;
