&lt;li&gt;Prior experience working within or alongside an eLearning or academic department is highly desirable&lt;/li&gt;

As part of IDEA Group, the College is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Receptionist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Role Overview&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Receptionist provides reception and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and assisting students, lecturers, visitors, and other stakeholders. The role is central to the first impression the College makes and to the efficient running of its front office.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer telephone calls and respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome new students and assist them with registration and other administrative processes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support international students with required documentation, including health screening forms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist students, visitors, and other stakeholders with general requests and enquiries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare class schedules and ensure classrooms are properly set up before lectures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage recordings and upload or save recordings to the LMS as required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Check, charge, maintain, and ensure the availability of microphones and other classroom equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out other administrative duties as may reasonably be required in support of the smooth running of the office&lt;/li&gt;
