&lt;p&gt;International Fender Providers (IFP) is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive STS Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the company’s Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations, ensuring smooth communication between vessels, agents, service providers, and internal departments while maintaining the highest operational and safety standards.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate and monitor daily STS operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with vessel operators, masters, agents, mooring masters, tug operators, and service providers regarding operational requirements and schedules.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and distribute operational documentation, including checklists, operational plans, risk assessments, and pre-arrival documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all operational records, certificates, and vessel documentation are maintained and updated.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of STS equipment, including fenders and hoses.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor weather conditions, vessel schedules, and operational constraints to support safe STS planning.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in maintaining compliance with OCIMF guidelines, company procedures, and industry best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Operations Manager in planning logistics, manpower allocation, and equipment readiness.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain regular communication with offshore teams and provide operational support during STS activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company HSEQ standards and Safety Management System (SMS).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ideal candidate should ideally have experience in the maritime or marine services industry, preferably with exposure to Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in marine operations, shipping logistics, or vessel coordination will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English, both written and spoken.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A maritime qualification, marine background, or relevant operational experience will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
