&lt;p&gt;Our client, a CSP offering corporate, fiduciary, and trust services to international clients, is looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Senior Accounting Administrator &lt;/strong&gt;to support the Accounting Team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €40K.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role &amp;amp; Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage client bookkeeping and general accounting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with clients and handle their requests in a timely manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Accounting Team with daily tasks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with management accounts and accountancy files for audit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with administration of bank accounts, including communication with banks and clients on transactions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain physical and digital filing systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and manage documentation for statutory, legal, corporate, and administrative procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education, Skills &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ACCA qualified or in the final stages of obtaining qualification&lt;br&gt;or&lt;br&gt;Diploma related to financial services&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1+ year of experience in a similar role within financial services - non-negotiable&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactive, reliable, and highly organised&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keen eye for detail and effective time management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work on own initiative and within a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient in MS Office tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to learn and develop professionally&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Utilize AI-based tools to streamline audits and improve efficiency&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or AML in Malta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong written and spoken English communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Practical experience with MFSA or MGA-supervised entities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Scoro and other AI tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of AML and regulatory compliance requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;CIA certification is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work&lt;/li&gt;
