&lt;p&gt;In this role you will diagnose, repair, configure, test and support a broad range of technology products with limited supervision. You will also identify common root causes, complete standard jobs to a consistent quality level, maintain accurate documentation, and support customer-facing teams with technical guidance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities – Technician: -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Diagnose common hardware, software, performance, connectivity and configuration faults using structured troubleshooting;&lt;/p&gt;
