&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Manager&lt;/strong&gt; to take responsibility for the overall management and performance of our cocktail bar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a confident, organised and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate will have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• Proven experience in a management position within the hospitality industry&lt;br&gt;• Strong leadership and team-management skills&lt;br&gt;• Excellent organisational and communication abilities&lt;br&gt;• Experience managing staff, schedules and daily operations&lt;br&gt;• Strong knowledge of bar operations and stock management&lt;br&gt;• A customer-focused approach and high attention to detail&lt;br&gt;• The ability to work independently and make confident decisions&lt;br&gt;• Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar&lt;br&gt;• Lead, manage and motivate the team&lt;br&gt;• Organise staff schedules and workflow&lt;br&gt;• Monitor stock, orders and inventory&lt;br&gt;• Maintain high standards of service and presentation&lt;br&gt;• Manage costs and support the achievement of business targets&lt;br&gt;• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues&lt;br&gt;• Ensure compliance with company, health and safety standards&lt;br&gt;• Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment&lt;/p&gt;
