&lt;p&gt;LINEA Studio, from the team behind Symphony House, is an interiors and home décor business currently expanding with the launch of our online retail store.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an organised, energetic and motivated &lt;strong&gt;Accounts &amp;amp; Operations Administrator&lt;/strong&gt; to join us in a varied, hands-on role covering bookkeeping, inventory, customer orders, supplier coordination and general business operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Your role will include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and preparing accounting records and documentation&lt;br&gt;• Managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups&lt;br&gt;• Processing and coordinating online and in-store orders&lt;br&gt;• Managing inventory and stock records, including incoming goods and stock movements&lt;br&gt;• Updating products, pricing and information across our website and internal systems&lt;br&gt;• Following up orders with local and international suppliers&lt;br&gt;• Coordinating deliveries, collections and order fulfilment&lt;br&gt;• General administration and filing&lt;br&gt;• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the showroom and online store&lt;br&gt;• Assisting with basic marketing activities&lt;br&gt;• Liaising with clients, suppliers, couriers and service providers&lt;br&gt;• Helping develop and improve internal systems and procedures as the business grows&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;What we&#039;re looking for:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping&lt;br&gt;• Minimum A-Level standard, MCAST Diploma or equivalent (MQF Level 3/4)&lt;br&gt;• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook&lt;br&gt;• Organised and able to manage different tasks and priorities&lt;br&gt;• Accurate and attentive when working with numbers, orders and stock&lt;br&gt;• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers&lt;br&gt;• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks&lt;br&gt;• Fluent written and spoken English&lt;br&gt;• Valid driving licence and own vehicle&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience in &lt;strong&gt;inventory management, retail or e-commerce systems&lt;/strong&gt; would be considered an advantage but is not essential.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hours &amp;amp; Salary&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Full-time: 40 hours per week&lt;br&gt;We are also open to considering a &lt;strong&gt;32-hour working week&lt;/strong&gt; for the right candidate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salary: &lt;strong&gt;€14,500–€17,500 gross per annum&lt;/strong&gt;, depending on experience. Remuneration for reduced hours would be adjusted accordingly. Linea&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Malta without requiring employer sponsorship or a new work/residence permit application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The role offers exposure to accounts, inventory, e-commerce, purchasing, customer service and retail operations, with the opportunity to develop new skills and take on greater responsibility as LINEA grows.&lt;/p&gt;
