&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Purpose:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This position requires a responsible, committed, and motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Operations Officer and the Airport Manager and will be an integral part of the Avis Budget Carpark Service Attendants team at Malta International Airport. This role involves direct interaction with customers, so professionalism and a “can-do” attitude is essential.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties and Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Prepare rental vehicles for collection by cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring they meet company standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Move, park (including at Malta International Airport Car Park), deliver, and collect vehicles as required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental, complete inspection documentation, and report any damage or maintenance issues.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Meet and assist customers, demonstrate vehicle features, answer basic enquiries, and process vehicle handover and return.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Process damage charges in accordance with company procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with headquarters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Provide station cover when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Comply with company policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills and Experience&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good command of spoken and written English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Flexible approach to work, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Reliable, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience in driving, vehicle handling, customer service, hospitality, transport, or a similar environment will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
