&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About This Job&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are a reputable car rental company representing international brand names, and we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Rental Station Assistant to join our Gozo station.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Station Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the station, with a particular focus on moving, cleaning, preparing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are ready for rental customers. The role may also involve assisting with customer and rental-related duties when required, particularly during busy periods.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate may occasionally be required to provide support at other locations in Malta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean, prepare, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are ready for rental.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Move, park, deliver, and collect vehicles as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Check vehicles for damage and report any issues to the Station Supervisor.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and in good condition.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with vehicle handovers, collections, and customer enquiries when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support rental station operations during busy periods or when the Station Supervisor is not available, including basic rental counter and administrative duties.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow company procedures, health and safety requirements, and vehicle handling guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out other operational tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the station.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good command of spoken and written English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliable, responsible, and willing to take initiative.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable carrying out physically active work, including vehicle cleaning, preparation, and movement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and closely with the Station Supervisor.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible approach to work, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work, is comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, and can work reliably with minimal supervision.&lt;/p&gt;
