Your primary responsibilities will include:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Guest Services:&lt;/strong&gt; Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Communication:&lt;/strong&gt; Effectively communicate with guests regarding their inquiries, reservations, and any special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Front Desk Operations:&lt;/strong&gt; Manage the night shift operations of the front desk, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Security Oversight:&lt;/strong&gt; Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises by monitoring access and conducting regular checks throughout the night.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Administrative Tasks:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt; Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Problem Resolution:&lt;/strong&gt; Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the night shift, escalating to management when necessary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum of 3 years of experience in 5 star hotels is a must.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Attention to Detail:&lt;/strong&gt; Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and service delivery.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving Abilities:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues as they arise.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Technical Proficiency:&lt;/strong&gt; Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Flexibility:&lt;/strong&gt; Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel&#039;s operational needs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Only applicants that are located in Malta will be considered for the position.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
