&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Participate in the accounting team for monthly and yearly closing processes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Responsible for extraction and analysis of revenue &amp;amp; KPI figures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Prepare and issue invoices monthly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ensure all accounts are reconciled and documented.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Follow up on debtors to ensure efficient debt collection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Participate in finance-related projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Self-motivated, meticulous, and organized.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Positive energy and motivated to learn and deliver.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to work with tight deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Excellent communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Previous experience in a similar position.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Finance/Accounting Diploma or pursuing ACCA/similar professional qualifications is an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
