&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a skilled and professional &lt;strong&gt;Beauty Therapist&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team, with a focus on Candela laser hair removal treatments (training provided). The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client care, maintaining high treatment standards, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for every client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perform treatments safely and effectively.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Conduct thorough client consultations and assess suitability for treatments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Explain treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and expected results.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained according to safety standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety protocols at all times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Promote additional beauty treatments and retail products where appropriate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Requirements&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recognized Beauty Therapy qualification&lt;/strong&gt; (Level 4 Beauty Therapy or equivalent accredited beauty course).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience performing laser hair removal treatments is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fluency in Maltese is essential&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
