&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an experienced and motivated &lt;strong&gt;Food &amp;amp; Beverage Manager&lt;/strong&gt; to lead our F&amp;amp;B operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead, train, and motivate the F&amp;amp;B team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage F&amp;amp;B costs, budgets, stock, and profitability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive revenue through effective sales and promotional initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with hotel, HACCP, and health &amp;amp; safety standards.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Requirements&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous F&amp;amp;B management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good understanding of F&amp;amp;B cost control and operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guest-focused and commercially minded.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
