&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a reliable and professional &lt;strong&gt;Front Office Night Receptionist&lt;/strong&gt; to join our Front Office team at Mercure St. Julian’s Malta. If you enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment and providing excellent guest service, this role is for you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and assist guests during the night shift with check-ins and check-outs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle guest requests efficiently&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform night audit procedures and prepare daily reports&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
