&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Delivery Person/Storekeeper&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Due to ongoing business growth, we are looking for individuals to fill the vacant position of  Delivery Person/Storekeeper in our Miracle Foods outlet in Gozo. The selected candidate will need to be fully flexible as shift patterns will vary over the week, including weekends.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main duties include but not limited to:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Ensure that customers are attended to with their queries in a timely fashion and with a with a service driven positive approach, maintaining a customer-centric attitude.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Friendly approach towards customers, supervisors and colleagues.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Drive sales by active cross selling and promoting the company ongoing offers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Keeping proper merchandising of stock in an organised manner, cleanliness throughout the outlet and maintaining company standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) Ensuring that shelves are well stocked regularly without any gaps.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6) Periodic checks of freshness/date checks and stock rotation in accordance with company quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7) Manage and conduct work activities in such a way to ensure the safety, health and welfare at work of all colleagues and customers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8) Attends training programs as instructed by the company, during or outside office hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9) Strict adherence to company confidentiality and professionalism.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10) Deliver orders to the clients&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Knowledge and experience in the Food or Retail Industry business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) A high sense of commitment and work ethic.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Self-motivated, well-organised, good communication and inter-personal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Able to work on own initiative and making decisions that reflect the company’s values.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) Excellent time-management and business acumen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6) Speaks fluent English and Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7) Driving Licence B is a must.&lt;/p&gt;
