&lt;p&gt;Trident Park is a vibrant green office campus that hosts a variety of dynamic businesses, located in the Central Business District in Mriehel. They are currently seeking to recruit an &lt;strong&gt;HVAC Technician&lt;/strong&gt; to join their team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The chosen candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems throughout the campus.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnosing faults and performing regular tests on HVAC systems and associated BMS equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fan Coil Units (FCUs)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Air Handling Units (AHUs)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Chillers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pumps&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Associated controls, valves, pipework, and ventilation equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitoring plant performance and reporting any abnormalities or potential failures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carrying out preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining accurate maintenance records and complete job reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure the efficient operation of building services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining good housekeeping standards in plant rooms and work areas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supporting other maintenance activities within the Facilities team when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ideal Candidate Profile:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience working with commercial HVAC systems. Experience working in commercial buildings, office complexes or facilities management environments is considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A relevant HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification or trade certification is desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of FCUs, AHUs, chillers, pumps and HVAC controls and associated mechanical equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities when operational needs require.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Electrical fault-finding experience would be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
