&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Executive to join our team.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Assist in Stock Control processes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Use of Management Automated System&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Posting invoices, payments and receipts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Liaising with suppliers, customers and external service provider- bank and account reconciliations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-  Debtors and creditors administration&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Preparing and maintaining financial records&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Following up outstanding payments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Assisting management with sales reports and financial information&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- General office administration and other duties as required by Finance Manager&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Requirements:&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts role&lt;br&gt; - Good knowledge of accounting principles. &lt;br&gt; - Strong organisational and time-management skills&lt;br&gt; - Excellent attention to detail&lt;br&gt; - Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office&lt;br&gt; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team&lt;br&gt; - Flexible, proactive and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;

Accounts Executive

&lt;p&gt;Multivend Services Ltd is seeking a full-time Vending Machine Technician to join our technical team and maintain our fleet of vending machines around the Maltese islands. Our customers rely on our efficient and knowledgeable technicians to keep their vending machines in perfect working order.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a Vending Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines. You will be provided with a company vehicle, company mobile and necessary tools to perform your duties. This job requires strong mechanical/ technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties / Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install, repair, and maintain vending machines at various locations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform routine maintenance and preventative care to ensure optimal operation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Replace defective parts, such as coin mechanisms, and other machine components.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in training route drivers on minor maintenance tasks.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Hold a valid and clean driving license.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;. Training will be provided.&lt;/p&gt;
