&lt;li&gt;1–3 years’ experience in IT Support or a similar technical role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and remote support tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, connectivity issues)&lt;/li&gt;
