&lt;p&gt;In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Nestlé Professional coffee machines, beverage systems and related equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent product quality, machine performance and customer satisfaction across our customer base.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install and maintain Nestlé Professional coffee machines, beverage systems, and related equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and manage company assets, including equipment allocation, asset capitalization and tracking of customer installations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment, monitoring inventory movements and supporting procurement activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate and track spare part usage and repairs performed by third-party service providers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support Sales teams during customer visits, product demonstrations and equipment evaluations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct machine and product testing to ensure optimal performance and customer experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Visit customers regularly to assess equipment performance, gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Investigate and support the resolution of technical product and equipment-related complaints.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the exclusive use of approved Nestlé products in Nestlé equipment where applicable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Study Food Safety documentation on new product/ new equipment/ methods before implementation to customer, operator, etc;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support administrative activities, reporting requirements and ad hoc projects as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Education and experience:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technical Qualification (License A or B, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining coffee machines, beverage systems, refrigeration equipment or similar machinery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organizational skills and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving licence.&lt;/li&gt;
