Practical Trading Company Limited was founded in 1991 by Mr. Charles Axisa and Mr. Steve Sullivan. The company initially started importing detergents and confectionery from abroad, operating with a small team and warehouse in Qormi. In 1995, the company moved to larger premises in Tal-Handaq Industrial Estate.

Today, Practical Trading has grown into an established importer of high-quality European brands, including Pascual, Borges, Sammontana, Enervit and Amica, which are well established in the Maltese market.
