&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aftersales Engineer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We&#039;re looking for a motivated, technically minded person to join our Aftersales team.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Aftersales Engineer will support the day-to-day activities of the Aftersales Department, including the preparation of service quotations, maintenance agreements, fault follow-up, spare parts coordination, and communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#039;ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Prepare quotations for repairs, maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades&lt;br&gt;- Prepare and renew preventive maintenance agreements&lt;br&gt;- Follow up client fault reports and keep clients updated&lt;br&gt;- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors&lt;br&gt;- Keep records of quotations, agreements, and service reports organised and up to date&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we&#039;re looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Building Services Engineering (or similar)&lt;br&gt;- A practical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or building services systems.&lt;br&gt;- Good communication and organisational skills&lt;br&gt;- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Willingness to learn and to take ownership of tasks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- A valid driving licence&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Experience in aftersales, maintenance, technical support, or estimating is preferred&lt;/p&gt;
