&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE VACANCY&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Accounts Payables, Expenses &amp;amp; reconciliation:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Process and post supplier overhead and expenses invoices with accuracy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Check, match and post freight invoices with consignments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Post and reconcile credit card expenses and receipts with statement&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Create and monitor the monthly aged payables and unpaid expense report&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Process Supplier payment runs, post payment entries and issue remittances to suppliers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Perform routine checking and monthly reconciliation of supplier statements resolving discrepancies promptly&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing and reconciling petty cash&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Perform end of month bank reconciliation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance department&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentation &amp;amp; Administration:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Scan and file physical and digital records&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance with the company’s policy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE APPLICANT MUST BE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Enthusiastic, positive with a strong team-oriented mindset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Enjoy working in a team environment while being able to prioritise daily tasks lists, meet end of month deadlines and manage routine payment schedules efficiently&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess an O’Level in Accounting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have strong communication skills and the ability to process high volumes of invoices and transaction records with speed, accuracy and in a timely manner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous work experience in a similar accounting position will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
