&lt;p&gt;Our client, one of Malta&#039;s leading law firms, is currently looking to onboard a &lt;strong&gt;Corporate Assistant &lt;/strong&gt;to their growing team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;Corporate Assistant&lt;/strong&gt;, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, and organising statutory records and corporate documentation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will act as a point of contact with the Malta Business Registry, banking institutions, the International Tax Unit, and other authorities in relation to corporate administration matters. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, along with a variety of other corporate documents, contributing to the efficient operation of the corporate services function.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, must have a good command of written and spoken English, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.&lt;/p&gt;
