&lt;p&gt;The RMF Tow Truck Driver will play a crucial role in providing great service to our clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Working in a fast-paced environment the selected candidate will provide first-hand support and road side assistance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We offer a &lt;strong&gt;competitive salary + shift allowances + commissions&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Receiving communications from RMF dispatcher.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident without delay.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing necessary repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, and carrying out minor roadside repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Suggesting a course of action.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Loading the broken-down vehicle onto the truck.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recommend the client to repair their vehicle at Burmarrad Group’s workshops.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Or, Towing the vehicle to an authorized repair centre / desired location of client.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reporting to base and completing paperwork.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Truck upkeep – Cleanliness &amp;amp; organisation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Timely cash ins and handing in of tow cards and worksheets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Other general duties as required by management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have good automotive skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have knowledge of the Maltese road network.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be able to work night and weekend shifts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a C1+E valid driving license.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be smart, courteous, and have interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to read and write English and Maltese.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any previous experience in the field would be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N.B. The chosen candidate must be ready to work a minimum of 3 night/weekend shifts per week.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
