&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to employ &lt;strong&gt;Full-time&lt;/strong&gt; Technical Support Agent with a minimum National Diploma or similar qualification. Preference will be given to applicants having a Higher National Diploma and experience in this field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with authorised service agents and repair partners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow up with agents regarding repair progress, part availability, and turnaround times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary to customers via telephone, email or in our Customer Care Department.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Continue to develop own technical skills and expertise in workshop technology sufficient and consistent with the needs of the department&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Responding to requests from the Supervisor/Servicing Manager&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workshop Supervisor or those delegated by him&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing IT products including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other electronics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Customer-orientated with good interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A highly organised and proactive individual&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Detail-orientated individual with strong drive to achieve work success&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An ability to work on his/her own initiative and also as part of a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friendly, outgoing and flexible attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good products knowledge and in-depth view of future technologies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
