&lt;p&gt;As a dynamic and forward-looking Company, Scan is offering the opportunity for talented, energetic individuals to build long-term career in our Servicing Department. A new vacancy has arisen for an Administration Clerk.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to employ Full-time Administration Clerk with minimum National Diploma or similar qualification. Preference will be given to applicants having a Higher National Diploma and experience in this field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage daily email communication with Authorised Service Providers, suppliers, and service partners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate devices and repairs being sent to and returned from external service centres.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor spare parts usage and ensure parts used for repairs are correctly recorded and reconciled.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that service partners are following agreed procedures and service-level requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with reporting and analysis related to repairs, parts consumption, turnaround times, and ASP performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Supervisor/Servicing Manager or those delegated by him.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A highly organised and proactive individual&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Detail oriented individual with strong drive to achieve work success&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An ability to work on his/her own initiative and also as part of a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friendly, outgoing and flexible attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in administration, logistics, customer service, purchasing, servicing, or a technical environment will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Basic knowledge of IT products, electronics, or spare parts would be considered an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to employ &lt;strong&gt;Full-time&lt;/strong&gt; IT Technician with a minimum National Diploma or similar qualification. Preference will be given to applicants having a Higher National Diploma and experience in this field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnose and repair IT equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install and configure hardware and software&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot technical issues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary to customers via telephone, email or in our Customer Care Department.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Continue to develop own technical skills and expertise in workshop technology sufficient and consistent with the needs of the department&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Responding to requests from the Supervisor/Servicing Manager&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workshop Supervisor or those delegated by him&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing IT products including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other electronics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Customer-orientated with good interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A highly organised and proactive individual&lt;/li&gt;
