&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Brewers, the Process Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating and motivating a multi-skilled team across Brewing, Beer Processing and Water Treatment to ensure production schedules are achieved safely, efficiently and in line with SOPs, quality requirements and operational targets.&lt;/p&gt;
