&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable &lt;strong&gt;Reconciliation &amp;amp; Cash Office Clerk&lt;/strong&gt;. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reconciliation of daily deliveries and maintaining proper documentation in line with company standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with the respective stakeholders while ensuring that Invoices and Cash Sales are properly signed and documented.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Various reconciliations including empties, vouchers, crates, returns and ensure that all postings are accurate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and discuss variances with all stakeholders involved.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meticulous reconciliation to daily deliveries, while ensuring that all issues are tackled in a professional manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Processing of Credit Notes in a timely and efficient manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise courteously with customers to resolve queries.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring that any issues within the Reconciliation officer are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications &amp;amp; Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of an Ordinary Level of Education.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and show initiative in a dynamic environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high ethical and quality standards.&lt;/li&gt;
