&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Administrator supports the Farsons Group’s shipping activities, ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant processing of shipping and related supply chain processes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Process and submit shipping, customs and excise documentation and declarations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely shipment clearance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with Customs/Excise, shipping and clearing agents, port authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate import/export activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the correct application of HS/BCRS codes, excise duties, tariffs and applicable taxes, including the management of the wine banderol process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate shipping costs, freight and insurance, including obtaining quotations and related activities.&lt;/li&gt;
