&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities &amp;amp; Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;1 Perform daily bank &amp;amp; cash reconciliations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 Assist in the month end processes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 Issue of invoices, debtor chasing &amp;amp; reconciliations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;4 Posting of invoices, creditors’ payment and reconciliations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;5 Assisting in audit related tasks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6 Other ad hoc tasks as required&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Job Specification &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.A level standard/ Advanced Diploma of education in Accounts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role, preferably with a focus on high-volume transactions and bank-related tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is advantageous.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;5. Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous, and attentive to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;7. Possess a high work ethic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;8. Fluency in Maltese &amp;amp; English.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is a plus.&lt;/p&gt;
